Miro 2.5
The soon to be released Miro 2.5 has some serious improvements in speed and memory. The reason behind this was the change made to the database. Automatic database backups before upgrading have been implemented to make the testing less risky.
Important new features present in Miro 2.5 Internet TV
- Reorganization of the Library is the most noticeable change. The Video, Audio, Other and Downloading options will replace the Library, New and Individual Downloads present in the earlier version.
- Filters for All, Unwatched and Non-feed items are present in the video and audio main view. This help you to find your downloaded shows easily.

- The audio playback ui has also been modified. Audio playback is not displayed the blank window. The interface will remain active and the progress bar displays the playing file.

- The startup speed has improved a lot. All the items in the window are plain and readable. The old database is backed up prior to any upgrades. This is done because of large change in the database. So the users will feel more secure while testing and can avoid the fear of data loss. The Database Backup page will give instructions regarding finding the database and returning to an earlier version if necessary.
